Our muddaflip rum cask coffee is aged in a rum cask before roasting, where it develops its unique character. The natural Arabica from the small Combrifol cooperative in Marcala, Honduras excels with a smooth body and a full sweetness reminiscent of almonds and ripe mango. Upon arrival in Cologne, the raw beans are refined in the cask with aromas of rum, oak wood and caramel. The omni roast reveals its fascinating complexity as a filter coffee, but it also comes to fruition as an espresso or flat white.
